ACCSSEX jewelry is guaranteed for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If your jewelry breaks during the warranty period, we will repair it for free.

Warranty service and refund do not apply to the following cases:

- There are traces of mechanical damage on the decoration.

- The operating conditions were violated: see the item "Rules for the care of jewelry jewelry" below.

- The changes occurred due to the natural wear of the product.

- An attempt was made to repair it yourself or by third parties who are not representatives of ACCSSEX.

How will the repair/refund take place?

Write to us by email accssex@gmail.com by attaching a photo or video of the damage.

Our expert will inspect the existing damage and contact you to discuss the delivery of jewelry, if the case is guaranteed. Then you will send the jewelry to us at our expense. After the repair, the jewelry will also be sent to you at our expense.

Storage:

All ACCSSEX jewelry is equipped with branded cases with a velvet base or branded envelopes with a type lock, ensuring careful storage.

If you use your own caskets or cases for storage, they should be with a soft surface or individual for each product. Jewelry should be stored separately from each other to avoid mechanical damage, scratches, tangles, etc.

Keep jewelry jewelry away from sunlight, various vapors and sources of high temperature.

Do not wet jewelry and avoid getting perfumes, creams, hair sprays and other liquids on them. Do not use coarse fabrics and detergents to clean jewelry jewelry: from time to time, gently wipe the products with a velvet napkin.
